Introducing the new TLJ 2.0

ESOT is building on the strengths of the TLJ 2018 experience (cross-fertilization among different topics and field experts) to launch a completely new project, TLJ 2.0. The concept underlying TLJ is LEARNING and CONSENSUS BUILDING and the meeting is meant to gather approximately 600 transplant professionals from all over Europe, for an intense 3-day learning experience, which will be the culmination of a year-long collaboration among experts. A modular attendance during a 3-day time period is expected.

The meeting we are planning for 2020 has an innovative structure, that extends the event beyond the traditional face-to-face experience by introducing preparatory pre-meeting work to support consensus workgroups, and pre- and post-meeting interaction and discussion among all participants.

Key Opinion Leaders will gather to debate in consensus workgroups, they will follow up with attendees in small mentoring sessions and they will exchange information via keynote lectures. All these experiences will be  connected seamlessly by ESOT usual innovative approach to meetings.

Objective of the request for proposal (RFP)

For TLJ 2.0, ESOT is looking for an Academic Institution (University) preferably / Congress Centre / Hotel structure, capable to host the meeting, providing an attractive venue from people coming from all over Europe and supportive of the spirit of this project.
