Survey on SARS-Cov-2 and liver transplantation

Dear Colleagues and Friends

Currently all countries in Europe are facing a serious problem with SARS-Cov-2 pandemia. In this challenging time, it is extremely important to share our knowledge and policies regarding SARS-Cov-2 and solid organ transplantation. This is the only way to provide a proper information not only to the transplant professionals, but also to our patients both transplanted or awaiting organ transplantation.

On behalf of the European Liver and Intestine Transplantation Association (ELITA), section of ESOT and of the European Liver Transplant Registry (ELTR) we would like to invite you to take part in this quick survey on SARS-Cov-2 in liver donors and recipients.

The aim of this survey is to have an overview on the  current policies among liver transplant centers in Europe regarding liver transplantation during SARS-Cov-2 pandemia as well as to identify the centers with SARS-Cov-2 positive liver recipients and candidates for liver transplantation in order to create as soon as possible an ELTR database of COVID-19 patients.

The survey takes no more than 5 minutes to complete.

The results of the survey will be available on the ELITA website.

Thanking you in advance for your very critical collaboration to this important knowledge for the transplant community.

With kind regards,
