Registration fee does not include:

Accommodation and any other items not listed above.




Due to EU Court judgement dated March 2019 regarding VAT regulations please be informed that no regular invoice will be issued for your registration fee.

As proof of your payment an automatic receipt will be generated by the system.

Requests for cancellations must be submitted by 2 August 2019 to endure refunds. There will be no refunds after this date. A processing fee of € 55,00 will be charged for all refunds. 

There will be no refunds for the Membership fee.
