Education committee
ESOT is offering a wide program of courses for postgraduate training in organ transplantation. The education activities of ESOT are available for both clinicians and basic scientists. The program is structured in a system with advanced training activities varying from a complete overview of the entire field of transplantation (e.g. Hesperis Course) to more specialized training in specific aspects of transplantation (e.g. European Donor Surgery Masterclass).
ESOT Education Committee (EC) is dedicated to develop, expand and execute the education programs provided, supported and/or sponsored by ESOT.
The responsibilities of the EC include the following issues:

course budget and financial dealings as well as all other matters of importance.
-
To play a central role in examination and certification.
-
To take all measures deemed of importance for ESOT education activities.
