You are about to apply for ESOT membership.
During the application procedure you will create a profile based on your interests in the field of transplantation and your curriculum vitae. Therefore please make sure you have the following items ready:
1. Your curriculum vitae
2. A passport size photograph of yourself (.jpg)
You will also select two ESOT members who will have to support your membership. Your Member Avenue account will be ready immediately after filling out the application form.
