You are about to apply for ESOT membership.
During the application procedure you will create a profile based on your interests in the field of transplantation and your curriculum vitae. Therefore please make sure you have the following items ready:
1. Your curriculum vitae
2. A passport size photograph of yourself (.jpg)
You will also select two ESOT members who will have to support your membership.
Before nominating two ESOT members to support your membership application, we expect you to contact these support members on forehand and ask whether they are willing to support your membership application. If you have finalized the membership application procedure, your support members will be contacted by the website system and asked to give their (non)approval for your application
Your Member Avenue account will be ready immediately after filling out the application form.
